Even with silicone pans, you must use a good cooking spray or some doughs and batters will stick. That said, this pan is perfect for little cookies. While it is labeled a “Gingerbread Boy Mold Pan” my granddaughter and I used it during the holidays with a stiff sugar cookie dough, then decorated the cookies with colored icing, once they were cooled & released from the molds. They all came out whole and ready to decorate with just the very slightest pressure on the bottom of each mold. They were cute and tasty. I am sure this will become a holiday standard & in a few years I will be making them with my great granddaughters.
