Depending on your SS insert (varies by region), this $1 coupon for Tough Odors would be towards the back of the insert, 4 pages from the last page, opposite the ad for Proactive. It is above the coupon for Efferdent.
It was in the SS insert for Denver.

I'm looking at the glade coupons in the 8/1 SS, and there is no coupon for the solid freshener. The $1 ones are for jar candles or scented oil candles.
