I just answered my question by reading over the rebate form an it states, “Simply complete this form and mail it back to us by January 14, 2011 along with the original dated sales receipt(s).” So perfect~Thanks Jennie!

Will they give this same rebate on merchandise made in multiple transactions? After Black Friday should all have spent more than enough on these products to get the rebate…
