I went to Wags yesterday. I tried to buy 4 12 packs of pepsi (recieve 4RR). there was a peelie on them $1 off 2 – I was informed that i could only use one coupon per transaction (coupon said one per purchase) and that was there policy on everything. I am pretty new to this but this doesnt sound correct to me

hmm weird, I bought body wash with that coupon today and a RR printed. Be sure to grab and ad that advertises a RR and a coupon in the paper, then you can't be told that it didn't pint because of the coupon.

i went to buy the gillete body wash with b1g1 coupon, my rr didn't print out and i was told it was because i used that coupon, she called the mgr in the back. later i realized that's dumb because wags gets reimbursed from the mfg???? i am very mad. i emailed wags corporate with a demand for a gift card equivalent. i may return the items tomorrow.

I didn't get the RR when I used a $2 Renu coupon. I asked the cashier and she said that you didn't get RR when you use coupons; that the computer used to print them but now that was "fixed."

I got a $10RR for the soaps today (Sunday 6/20). It's very nice that they fixed it!

I work for Wags and I think there was some confusion at the corporate level that these were trial sized (as some trial products had to be removed from the promotion)….. but they figured it out right away that they weren't when every store put in a fix-it ticket!

I was able to get this deal today!! Yesterday this deal was dead, but many locations have reported getting the $10RR.

Neutrogena bar soaps are no longer producing the $10 RR WYB 3 🙁 .. it has been widely reported and RR tags have been pulled at most locations
