Last week I posted about Free samples of dog and horse cookies. Unfortunately Winnies Cookies is now requesting a shipping and handling charge of $3.45 for that sample. This is disappointing since the original sample was advertized on their site as free and did not require a shipping charge.
If you requested this sample, there is nothing you need to do. I just wanted to give you a heads up!
