Trader Joe’s Colorado Grand Opening February 14th: Boulder, Denver, & Greenwood Village!

I can’t tell you how excited I am that Trader Joe’s will be opening all 3 of their new Colorado stores this Friday, February 14th! For those of us that are big fans of Trader Joe’s, this is a pretty sweet Valentine’s Day present. 😉

The 3 new stores will be located in Boulder, Denver, and Greenwood Village.

I thought it might be fun to share some of our Trader Joe’s favorites, so those that might not be as familiar will have an idea of some things that they might like to try.

Some of my personal favorites are dark-chocolate covered pomegranate seeds (honestly, I love a lot of their dark chocolate treats), frozen steel-cut oatmeal, Speculoos Cookie Butter, and Jo-Jo’s (specifically the peppermint kind at Christmas)!
