Tomato/Bean/Ground Beef Deal at Safeway!!

There is a new catalina available at Safeway and affiliate stores. Here are the details:

$2 Cataila wyb Buy Hunts, Bush’s Best & Ground Beef between 3/10-4/6

Three items must be purchased together in one transaction:

Buy Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes (14.5oz) OR Tomato Paste (6oz)
AND Bush’s Best Kidney or Chili Beans* (16oz)
AND Ground Beef

*some people are having trouble with their catalinas printing when they buy the Chili beans, so I suggest sticking with the Kidney beans to be save.

Scenario 1:

Buy (1) Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes .75
Buy (3) Rice A Roni or Pasta Roni .75 each
Buy (1) Bush’s Best Kidney Beans $1
Buy Ground Beef (any)
-$1.00/3 Rice A Roni or Pasta Roni MQ (1/3 RP)
=$3 (plus the cost of the Beef)
-$2 Catalina
= $1 for all 5 items, plus cost of the Beef
Scenario 2:

Buy (4) Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes .75
Buy (1) Bush’s Best Kidney Beans $1
Buy Ground Beef, any
=$4 (plus the cost of the Beef)
-$2 Catalina
=$2 for all 5 items, plus cost of the Beef

Keep in mind that you need to buy 4 of the .75 items in the above scenarios to get the .75 price
