I am highly disappointed in the today for showing a product to buy that is not from a reputable company. Ordered and paid by visa for two totem chargers and have never received them or an explanation. The website no longer exists and the company has completely vanished. Thought I could trust the Today show more than this.

What a horrible disappointment it was the day I finally received my Rebecca Beeson order. I will never order from them again. Their sizing is way OFF! The sleeves are ridiculously long. the pants are absurd with the length. The entire outfit is skin tight. I ordered a 2. I normally wear a small. What a terrible company with no customer service. what a collossal waste of money!!

I have now received all 3 items I ordered. The style with the zipper front sucks the life out of me, and since after talking to the gentleman at Beeson’s and told about no refund or exchange I will have to gift these to someone who wears a junior’s size. The hoodie style with the drawstring at the bust fits very generously, and that is the same size as the zip up hoodie, hmmm. That one I can wear, however on me the sleeve length runs past my entire hand….unbelievable!! From her description, I believe this sounds like the same garment style that Jeann ordered. I can scrunch the sleeves up I guess, however there is no fixing the flimsy material. I feel the garment is definately not worth the money I paid for it. So I will just keep the one flimsy one the fits generously and is a size 2 and scrunch the sleeves up the extra 5 or 6 inches…and gift the 2 zip style sweatshirts, also a size 2, that no where near properly fit me. There is no way they are worth what I paid for them, let alone the ridiculous pricing that they say they were originally. Bad bad bad experience, sadly I wouldn’t recommend purchasing offers like this to anyone.

I also waited over two months and finally after calling the company received a inferrer pieces of clothing and it didn’t fit. They told us no returns.
The Today show should look into their promotions.

I received my hoodie and pants. The material is very thin and cheap. I definitely don’t feel like I got a “deal”. In fact, I feel like I over paid for poor quality merchandise. I will not be ordering the Today show again!

I rec’d my first order from Beeson today, and I must say the sizing was way off. I ordered a Medium, which correclates to their size 2, because they size 1, 2 or 3….small, medium,large. I am a size 8 and typically will take a medium or a small at times depending on the cut. This sweatshirt I received is more than “form fitting” as they told me their clothes were cut, it is skin tight!! It may qualify as a medium in a juniors sizing but certainly not in a missies sizing. Of course calling and requesting a refund or an exchange is futile, I was told that they would not take any back because of the deal that they made available. OMG, I don’t think waiting 2 months to receive merchandise and then not have it fit in my usual size is not a deal at all! I am happy that Jeann had a better experience with her sizing, but still to wait 2 months for sportswear like this is ridiculous. I will have to gift these to a couple of teenagers as I will never wear them this tight, and I am petite. I suggested that when they list the sizes to also list the actual inches of the garment (chest, hip, arm length, garment length) that would be very helpful. But who is kidding whom, they don’t give a crap about being helpful, it is not like they will be out any profits because they offer no refunds! They are just stuffing the crap that doesn’t sell at the full price in a bag and shipping it, easy money for them! I will NEVER buy from the today show “steals and deals” segment and I wish I had read some of the e-mails that so many disgruntled people had written prior to my ordering, it looks like this happens with a lot of the items that the today show promotes. Really disappointing!!

I am in the same boat as you. I too order a sweatshirt and it’s WAAAAY too tight. I am petite at 5″2 and had also ordered a Medium i.e. size 2 but it fits like a size xs in a regular store! I am very disappointed too because I had waited all this time (had been patient – didn’t call or email them while I waited) only to receive such kind of a sweatshirt ($54 dollars gone down the drain)! I had spent $115 on my order and I can’t say that I am pleased!

Ordered a Beeson sweatshirt two months ago and have not yet received the goods. Called them 5 times. No one calls back. I will never order anything from Steals and deals again. They don’t even have a customer service number. A real scam. A waste of 35 dollars. They already charged my credit card.

I received my two beeson tops today. Fabric is nice but a bit thin Overall size is more generous than I anticipated…. But the real problem is the sleeve length. I went back to the website and it says 3/4 length sleeve and the model has the sleeve right below the elbow. I am a 5’4″ so many 3/4 sleeve tops come closer to my wrist than elbow. These sleeves hang 2″ below my finger tips and 3″ below the bottom hem of the top. Has anyone else experienced this? Not sure if they changed the style or if I got a defective garment.

I am in the same Beeson boat. The funny thing is that the promotional website is still active and it looks like you can still place orders for the $24 items. Why would they continue to offer this is they can’t fulfill orders from two months ago???

** REBECCA BEESON ** I have now sent 6 emails to the customer service address for this company. I initially emailed on 6/27 to see when my item would ship, at which time they sent me an e-mail back immediately informing me that it would be 4-5 weeks from the date of the show (6/14). On 7/18/11 (5 weeks from date of show) I e-mailed again, which they responded to quickly and asked for my patience because I received “such a good deal”. They informed me that my item was in production and would ship “approximately” at the end of the month. I e-mailed immediately expressing my disappointment that it would take me sending another inquiry as to where my item was before they would inform the customer that the product would not be shipped in the previously stated 4-5 week time frame. I did not receive a response to that message. I e-mailed 2 more times on 8/3/11 and 8/11/11, as I still have not receive my item, a tracking number (as promised) or any further correspondence regarding when my item will arrive. RIDICULOUS. Do you think they e-mailed back? No. I told them I want an answer or a complete refund. They made sure to say that they do not offer refunds. However, I did not pay for air… I paid for a product, and considering the fact that they charged my account on 6/14/11 – I feel that it is my choice if 2 months later I still have not received the product or any information whatsoever about when my product will arrive – I should be allowed to get refunded. TERRIBLE service. Highly disappointed.

I also ordered the sweat shirt hoodie and pants for $24 each and $13 in shipping 0n 6/14 I have sent two emails the today show will not admit there fault you would think the two companies would make sure that enough inventory would be on hand before they continue with this scam I purchased this for my wife as a surprise it’s now been a problem between us I wanted to have a nice surprise has now turned into a problem. I think the today show is losing viewership because Marideth is gone and they have other crosses to bear!

Same situation with Rebecca Beeson merchandise. My credit card was charged $65.00 the day I placed the order back in June. Nearly two months later and I haven’t received a thing. I tried emailing the customer service address for Rebecca Beeson as well as calling the number on their website and nothing. I plan to call and dispute charges through Amex if I don’t get a response in the next week.

Well, I am even more frustrated since reading all of the other comments. I too ordered on June 14th sports wear from Rebecca Beeson and have yet received my $85.00 order. I feel taken advantage of and unsure of what step to take next since there is not a contact # on my receipt. I am very disappionted that the Today Show would be involved in a scam like this. I haven’t received mine either! I cannot find any type of customer service email, number, etc…. Just watched today’s “Steals and Deals”. I get mad every Tuesday when I see the segment b/c I am still wondering where my order is. Seems like the time we get our order it will be out of style.

I also ordered two sweat shirts and two pants on 6-14-11 and my card was charged on 6-15-11. I have not received these items yet. I emailed customer service at todayshow.rebeccabeeson.com. They responded stating to be patient as they were busy producing the items due to high volume and that I should receive in 4-5 weeks. Followed up again after that time frame they said should have items by end of month July. Still no sign. This is just wrong! Time to dispute the charge if I don’t see these items this week.

I also ordered 2 headbands form deepagurnani and was charged 6/15. I have since sent 2 emails and still no reply. Tracking info from the post office just says they’re waiting to receive the item for 1 week now and still nothing. I am getting frustrated. Will Jill’s Steals and Deals do anything about this if we all get scammed? Why did we get no contact # with our order confirmation?

Go to your local post office, it’s probably sitting there and their fault. I was watching the post office track and confirm system and they stopped at the sorting facility. I was never notified that they reached my local P.O. Went to the P.O. for something else, asked about them and was told they were returned to Amitrah. I asked Amitrah that they be reshipped UPS and they agreed. I had ordered the bangles.

Hello again. Today is 7/21 and I just received the Deepa Gurnani headbands and I must say they are absolutely beautiful and this was a great steal!!!!!! They are really worth more than $20.00 to me!!!!! I guess it does take at least 4-6 weeks

As of 7/20/11, I have not received the merchandise nor any kind of shipment confirmation. I see others are having issues obtaining their merchandise from Tangaroa Fashions as well. Has Jill contacted them to find out what the problem is?

My credit card was charged, I have not received the items and their only contact info is an email address that does not exist. I am considering contacting NBC & the BBB. Why promote these problem websites?

I find it suspicious that my email receipt for my order has no phone or email contact for the company. I am giving the Deepa Gurnani company until the end of the week and then contacting my credit card to handle the issue.
