As always, please make sure to keep in mind that these Today Show Jill’s Steals and Deals will sell out quickly and the websites that you order them from are likely to be very slow. I suggest only buying from reputable companies and that you do your research before placing your order. Sometimes it can take quite a while for the items to ship, so I would definitely suggest planning for that as well.
If you do have trouble with your Today Show Steals and Deals Order, please contact the retailer which you ordered the item from directly.

I was excited to see the deal on the robes, but now, months later all I have seen are emails saying, “The response was so overwhelming to our offer, it is taking longer than expected.”
I clearly heard that there were a limited number available for this offer, but it seems, from their last email, “The robes ordered without initials are produced at the same time as those without.”
I realize that it takes time to bring product from China (Be sure to run them in the dryer on high or heat them some other way to kill potential bed bugs), but one would think, ‘If they make an offer for a special deal, they would have some product ready to release.’
I will never sucker for another “Jill’s Steals and Deals” offer. You would think the Today Show would care, but I haven’t seen any response from them at all.
Jeannie, thanks for blogging and providing a place for all of us “suckers” a place to air our grievences.

I placed an order May 31 and received transaction number ID 3656605465 and it was charged to my Master Card. We have not received any other corespondence since that time. We are very cooncerned that the order has not arrived and are beginning to view this as a scam. If we do not hear anything further we will be forced to contact the California State Attorney Generals Fraud Div. to see what is taking place. Please e-mail a reply.

Please contact the retailer from which you ordered the product. I am a blogger, not a retailer.

I ordered the spa robes, my check was cashed in May. It’s now the end of August and still no merchandise. It is sure looking like a scam to me. Jill Martin certainly didn’t do here homework on this one.

Did they accept my order? The invoice # given was 6885543604 but then I later received a message saying, “Order cannot be accepted.” Did the order go through?
