Be glad you didn’t get the product…..I did and it is soooo cheap looking!
NOT WORTH THE PRICE…even if it was $20!
The company has been non-responsive to me as well.
They only have email for customer service and ignore it the majority of the time.
I have been trying to return it for a refund, but the company tries to keep saying it was “on sale” and they don’t refund on sale items!
I am VERY dissatisfied and will not be ordering any more of “Jill’s Steals & Deals”.

The Primrose Gems necklaces from April 5th have still not arrived tho they stole my $90. plus on april 5th. Company is non responsive, almost two months later and Mothers Day has come and gone.
Wouldn’t you think Today show would be more careful on what companies they hoisted upon us. It is one thing for a company to delay due to high demand but to take our money and never deliver product, gee, isn’t that a crime???
