Last year after a brief complaining session to a friend of mine about how disorganized I was, she introduced me to the Erin Condren Life Planner.  After she showed me hers I knew I had to pick one up, so I placed my order as soon as I returned home and, literally, it has changed my life! I’m no longer forgetting about appointments, losing my meal plan or missing friends’ birthdays! Now, this isn’t an inexpensive planner, but in my opinion it is the best one available and now the I’ve used it for an entire year, I don’t know how I’d ever go without it.

I just received my 2014 planner in the mail and realized that I’ve never shared this incredible tool with you all! Now I could take an hour explaining all the ins and outs of this planner, but I think this video from the Erin Condren website does a pretty awesome job at that. Give it a quick watch…

I love that this planner offers several ways to stay organized. Here is the monthly view – notice the extra room on the right for notes – I love that!

Hi, I’d LOVEEEE this planner as I’ll be starting my first semester of nursing school in a few weeks and I can’t justify spending the $ on this after I spent a TON on textbooks 🙁 My favorite design is the WILD one – animal print & i are VERY good friends! I’m a fb fan, email subscriber & have your app on my phone- luv luv you daily email except it arrives a bit late -1pm mst for me wish it was earlier 🙁 just so I didn’t miss out on some of the deals I’m interested in. Learning to open my app when I have the time. I have yet to find a planner that works for me but this could be the one!

    How portable is this planner? Do you tote yours around? How would you say this planner differs for you from a generic one sold at the office store? Did you previously use a planner? I love the idea but I am apprehensive about the cost if it ends up collecting dust on the shelf due to lack of use. How long would you say it took you to “become one” with the planner?

    • Hi Teresa~ To answer your questions…

      The planner is very portable, and yes, I take it everywhere with me. 🙂 I’ve tried other planners before, but they’ve never really done the trick and just ended up on a shelf in my office after a few weeks. I don’t know exactly what it is about these that makes them so easy to use and stick to, but I love it, whatever it is. 😉 I pretty much “became” one with my planner the day I received it…I’m almost never without it now. I hope that helps!

  164. I am a facebook fan and would love to attempt to keep my family of 5 of track with the 2014 life planner -frame me -light gray/pool! I have a husband that works shift work, 3 kids in school at each level (High School, Middle School and Elementary). It is a nightmare to try to keep track on the wall calendar!!!
