Since we are coming up to the Labor Day weekend we are not expecting any coupon inserts in this Sunday paper. Most papers (including the Denver Post) will allow you to put your papers on vacation hold for the weekend. These additional papers can then be added to the end of your subscription!
Make sure to take a moment to call your newspaper today to put your papers on hold as most of them require a 24 hour notice.
If you are a local reader who receives the Denver Post, you can visit the Denver Post website Β to put your papers on hold, or you cal call them at (303) 832-3232.
PS~ For those of you who just subscribed to your papers this week through the deal that I was offering, I have already asked them to start your papers the following week, so you do not need to worry about calling. π

I had the same thing happen to be Nichole. I didn’t think it was worth it….so unreliable.

Wanted to let people know that I get the Sunday coupon inserts free without any newspaper subscription. The Denver Post offers a newspaper “bundle” called YES!- “Your Essential Shopper”- and it arrives every Sunday morning on my doorstep with all the coupon inserts. I pay nothing. Call the Denver Post to begin your subscription!

Can you get the YES! if you already get a subscription? A couple friends just told me about this, but I can’t find info online about it.
Nichole says
I got Yes for a while, but the inserts were never the same as what was coming in the paper. My friends who got the paper and I compared and they got way more coupons and a lot of times the value was a lot less in the Yes inserts too. Sometimes I didn’t get any inserts at all. π I remember one everone else got five inserts and I didn’t get a single one.

Make sure if you do it online that you click the box to put the money toward the end of your subscription if you are trying to save money. The default box that’s checked says they’ll donate the price of this weekend to local schools.
