It is posted right on the Starbucks corporate FB page Jenn (see link in post), so I would have asked to speak with a manager.

I just went and got mine! Had to push the issue with her and made her look it up in her book but it worked! The code on here didn’t work according to the official Starbucks print up in her book it was a 6 digit number. So, long story but, make em look it up in their folder.
