Spring Coconut Sugar Cookies {Just 5 Ingredients}!

All of this beautiful spring weather that we’ve had lately has me in “springy” mood! How about you?!

Here is a really fun way to celebrate the beautiful weather (or cheer up your kitchen on a rainy day)! These Spring Coconut Sugar Cookies are super easy to make and a great project to involve the kids in!

Spring Coconut Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

1 tube sugar cookies
1 tub of whipped white frosting
Green food coloring
1 bag shredded coconut
1 bag robin egg candy

Directions

1. Cook sugar cookies as directed on package.
2. Cool cookies on wired rack until they are cool enough that the frosting won’t melt once on the cookie.
3. Color the frosting and the coconut with a few drops of food coloring.
4. Frost each of the sugar cookies.
5. Once frosted add the greed shredded coconut on top of the frosting.
6. Now place 3 of the candy robin eggs in the middle of the cookie and enjoy!
