Now it says: "Due to an overwhelmingly high number of sample requests received in the past 24 hours, we have been forced to temporarily suspend the program until we can get caught up." Bummer!

something is wrong with their website. Once you complete all the questions and hit submit it says, "something bad happened, our team will get on it"
hopefully they fix this as it looks like a great sample!
