I didn’t get this but twice I have gotten catalina coupons, once at Safeway and once at Target for a free Shutterfly 8×8 hardcover photo book and all I had to pay was shipping. I think the catalina was totally random because I didn’t purchase anything photo related. Shipping was around $6.
