I actually had to take three pictures of everything I got this week because it wouldn’t all fit on my kitchen counter! Here is how I did by store:
Albertsons:I took a risk this week by taking an hour preparing and driving to an Albertsons that wasn’t anywhere near my house. I didn’t want to go to the store that I normally shop at because I know that I have a lot of readers that shop there and I really wanted some of that free vanilla. Well, I was very glad that I took the risk becuase it totally paid off. The store that I went to had TONS of stock and they didn’t give me any trouble with doubling my coupons…which I was very thankful for. I spent a total of $2.47 on tons of Chex Mix, Gardettos, Cookie Mixes and Vanilla!
Sprouts:Sprouts has some great deals this week. I was able to snag 2lbs of blueberry granola, 2 loaves of bread, 3lbs of Colby Jack Cheese, 2.5lbs of Asparagus, 2 containers of Campari Tomatoes, a package of three romaine hearts, and a big bag of Gala Apples for $15.10!
Safeway:I picked up some Cheerios, Tortillas, Ritz Crackers, Pillsbury Sweet Moments, Finish Quantumatic kits, and Nivea Lip Care for a grand total of .46! Yay!
King Soopers:I did their mega event once and was able to get 2 CPK Pizzas, two Simply Juices, 6 Coffee Mates, Sour cream, 2 packages of Pepper Jack cheese, green onions bacon, and two VERY expensive portabella mushrooms ($6.14 ugh!) for a total of $24.83.
Rite Aid:I stocked up on all of this week’s freebies and once I get my Single Check Rebates back I will have made $21.24! WhoooHoo! Not only that…but I am stocked with lots of great products for cold and flu season!
This week’s dinner menu includes: Baked Potato Soup, Whole Checken,Β Mahi Mahi, Portablla Mushrooms/Asparagus/Pepper Jack Cheese dish, and Pizza.

Jennie- you are my new inspiration!! I am determined to shop like you do. I’m still struggling with the learning curve. One of these days Iβll be able to walk out of the store like you do with a cart full of groceries and have only paid .47 butβ¦ not yet! Canβt wait- you keep going and keep inspiring!! Thank you-
Jennie says
Hang in there Meghan! You have to do what works for you…just keep focusing on stockpiling and increasing your savings each week. You’ll get there! π
Mom says
Bacon, Bacon, Bacon ! That’ll make your soup yummy!
Jennie says
Oh yeah…I forgot to add in my post that the reason why my total was so high at King Soopers was that my Mom talked me into spending a little extra $$$ to buy real bacon rather than bacon-bits. π π π I was feeling a little lazy on Sunday…bacon bits sounded better in my mind…that was until my Mom talked me out of it.

Wow, awesome deals!! i may need to give Albies another try. Which one did you go to?
Jennie says
Mississippi and Buckly in Aurora, CO π
Jennifer says
Hey that’s my store! π On the first day of the sale the manager was taping $1/1 MQs to the Cinnamon Toast Crunch to make them $0.49, they are pretty great there.

Which Albies did you go to? The one I shop was wiped out of everything and no doubling either π
