See Lois and Cassie Shop Thursday!

This first picture is from Lois. She totally rocked the coupons at King Soopers! Here is what she had to say about her trip:

“Today’s shopping trip to King Sooper’s: 2 Welch’s grape juice, 4 cans spaghettio’s (all free), 2 bags froz veggies, 2 bottles Softsoap liquid handsoap, 1 Softsoap boday wash, 1 package Danimals drinkable yogurt, 4 packages Danonino yogurt, 2 packages Irish Spring soap (both free, 1 to donate, 1 to use) 1 Suave deodorant (free, to donate), 2 boxes Nature Valley thin granola bars, 4 boxes quaker chewy granola (no high fructose syrup in those), 8 packages easy mac and cheese, 12 apples, bag of cherries, bunch of bananas, seedless watermelon, Kraft Mayo, 2 packages cinnamon apples, 2 packages Boulder chips (1 free to donate), Honey (colorado grown, so it was the most expensive thing I bought, but it’s great for seasonal allergies), 4 Weber grill marinades (all free)


Total cost: $39.70. Total Cash paid: $7.35 (I had a gift card). Total savings 67%. I had 2 of the coupons from Kraft foods for $5 each, so that saved a ton for me)

Way to go Lois! What an awesome encouragement to the rest of us!

I Spent $68.30 and saved $75.10! I’m pretty new at couponing and this is my biggest shopping trip. I’m way under budget and got twice as much stuff as I would have before I started couponing! This is a GREAT hobby! And a bonus: The kids were angels!
