Hi Jennie! I was excited to use the $8 Cover Girl coupons that came out this weekend, and headed over to Walgreens to see what I could find. Unfortunately the store close to me didn’t have a large selection, and what they did have was priced high so I didn’t end up getting anything. After running a few more errands, I saw another Ulta, and decided to stop in just to check their pricing. To my pleasant surprise their prices were lower, and they were offering a free mascara when you purchase $15 worth of Cover Girl products! Using 2 of the $8 coupons along with a $3.50 Ulta Coupon I was able to get the following: Pressed Powder: $6.99, Simply Powder Foundation: $6.99, 2 Cheekers: $3.99 each, and Last Blast Mascara: $9.49. A retail value of $31.45, and I only paid $2.65 which included tax! This is by far the best deal I have ever got on makeup before. I can’t wait to try them out!

I went to Ulta and used my $8 coupon on pressed powder ($8.99) and powder puffs ($2.99) then I also purchased some eyeliner ($5.99) to get my purchase up to $15 so I could get the free mascara. I used one $8 CG MQ and the $3.50 Ulta coupon. My bottom line was $6.92 for all 4 products.

I saw yr awesome shopping trip to ulta & decided to head down there. This was a nightmare. The cashier wouldnt give me the mascara for free because my subtotal after coupons was not $15. Then she refused my $3.50 ulta coupon. I had the exact same items as pictured. Very difficult experience. I think with the remainder of my coupons, I will just go to walgreens or walmart. Anyone else run into these issues?
