Reader Heather shared with me the awesome results of her Walgreens couponing adventures earlier this week! Here is how she did:
I went shopping on Sunday at Walgreens and after coupons/rebates spent a total of $28.04 with tax. I saved a total of $37.12! Here’s what I bought:
1 Huggies Slip-Ons jumbo pack diapers – On sale for 9.49 + $3/1 mfgc + 2.00 RR – like paying $4.49
2 Dial foaming hand wash – On sale Buy One at 3.29 Get One free + .35 mfgc – like paying $1.47/each
3 Kleenex 184 ct – 1.09 IVC (limit 3) + .50/3 mfgc – like paying .92/each
2 Hefty quart-size bags – On Sale Buy One at….Get One free + $1/2 mfgc – like paying $1.15/each
1 box of Playtex Gentle Glide tampons – On Sale 7.49 + $2/1 mfgc + 3.00 RR – like paying $2.49
Allegra Allergy 5 ct – 7.99 + $7 mail-in rebate coupon – like paying .99 (my allergies couldn’t wait for these to go on sale)I also found some items off my nephew’s birthday wish list:
Expo dry erase markers – On Sale 3.99 + $3/1 IVC – like paying .99 (The Walgreens I went to only had 1 marker pack left in stock, so I couldn’t take advantage of the free deal)
Dry erase board (reversible) – On Sale for $2.00
Cars the movie puzzle and card game – $3.99 for both
