Saving Money with Walmart Family Mobile’s Unlimited Plans

Back in August had the opportunity to test out Walmart Family Mobile’s Unlimited Plans while on a trip to Orlando. I shared with you then that I was impressed with many features that the plan offered an now I’ve decided to keep using the plan (and taking advantage of the savings)!

While I have not canceled my contract with Verizon quite yet, I am looking forward to continuing to see if Walmart Family Mobile can keep up with my busy fall schedule.

Here are a few of my favorite Walmart Family Mobile features:

There is no contract or long term commitment required!

Unlimited plans including talk, text and web for just $39.88 per month! You can also add additional lines for $34.88 per month or if you do not plan to use the web service, just unlimited talk and text is $29.88 per month with $24.88 for each additional line. I think this would be a fantastic plan for kids especially since you would not have to worry about overages with the unlimited service.

Walmart Family Mobile also offers online account management so it’s very easy to manager your account and add and remove lines as needed.

They offer some fantastic smart phones on the T-Mobile network!

From what I’ve been able to tell so far, there is very little difference in service between this plan and my current Verizon plan that is costing me $125 each month! Cha-ching! There is a lot that I can do with an extra $75 per month! Put it in my savings account, buy a new pair of fall boots, pay down my mortgage…oh the possibilities! 🙂
It is very easy to set-up and get started!

As many of you know, I’m all above value and value for me goes beyond just the price point which is why a decision like this is so important to me. $75 per month savings is pretty incredible and if the service continues to be as good as it has been, there is a pretty good chance that I’ll make the switch permanently to Walmart Family Mobile.
