Hi ladies…I just wanted to leave a quick note here that I’m going to be removing our conversation related to the stacking of MQs with Just for U Coupons until my contact at Safeway can further investigate the items in question. As a blog owner, I have a responsibility to err on the side of caution when it comes to coupon use, so it is important that any information that we share here is in compliance with Safeway’s corporate policy.

    When I attended a day long training at the Safeway corporate office on the Just for U program, they were quite clear that products listed in the ad as having a -$ with them could not be stacked with manufacturer coupons regardless of how they appeared online. However, as with all things related to couponing it is possible that they have changed their stance on the policy since so I have a few people looking into it for me.

    Once I receive a response from them I will share it here and we will adjust how we do match-ups if necessary. Thank you for understanding and for your input.

      Sometimes when I read your Safeway coupon matchups I sense you really don’t care for Safeway. Safeway’s coupon matchups are always late and grated poorly. I’m sorry you are so biased and it shows up in your blogs.

      • Hi Kate (or Kathie)~ You are more than welcome to find free Safeway coupon match-ups and grades elseware if you do not find that they meet your needs here on Bargain Blessings. 🙂 Amy and I spend together about four hours every week putting them together for you and the only reason why they are posted a little later than King Soopers or Sprouts is that they do not provide us their ad early like those stores do.

Part of the reason I love what Jennie (and Amy) have created is their couponing 101 starts with the bible. Down to earth and you do a fantastic job. Other reason I love this site is the comments on even more deals – the community.

    • I printed that coupon out several weeks ago and have been trying to find them in Loveland/Fort Collins. Have yet to find then at Target, King Soopers, Safeway, etc. We eat a lot of tortillas at our house.

    • I’ve found these at 2 stores. They’ve been in their own rack which holds La Victoria sauces along with the various styles of Tortillas. In both cases it was right next to the big shelves of tortillas.

      • I did see a special rack but all it had was the sauces. It wasn’t jam packed so maybe they were out. I’d really like to find these and try them.

    • These are usually located in the Mexican food isle with the canned goods not with the other tortillas. Always a lot of them at Wal-Mart. Probably cause no one can locate them. LOL.
