How have you all been doing with this year’s frozen food promotion at Safeway? I’m honestly not a huge fan of it this time around since they have made it pretty complicated by only allowing us to spend our $5 catalina on “new” frozen food items. However, there are still a few good ways to spin this deal.

Make sure to use your Safeway card and I would also suggest watching the check-out screen to make sure that your free items are deducted from your total. Sometimes Safeway registers seem to have a little trouble with freebies like these.

There is a $1/3 MC for Lean Cuisine or Stouffers Farmers Harvest smartsource printable.

I used the $5 catalina on my next purchase towards a purchase of $10 and got another $5 catalina. Hope that makes sense.

The cat prints in store when you checkout. Probably the last time I bought Lean Cuisines. I am not sure which insert the MC is from but just use the database tab above and search lean cuisine, it will tell you where all the coupons are for it.

There is also a $1/5 MC out that is good til the end of the month, and I have a cat offer for $1.50 off 6. So that makes this even better! Wonder if you can use the $5 frozen cat to pay for these?
