Jill~ You are right, you can roll all catalinas at Safeway. I'm not sure what happened on your second transaction, but it may have been a system glitch. You can contact catalina directly to get your coupon. 🙂

I have a silly question. I was under the impression that you could roll catalinas at Safeway for the same product and another calina would still print out. Is this wrong? I did the BC fruit snacks and Fiber one bars deal a second time yesterday and my catalinas didn't print. Any advice? Thanks in advance!

I found the MDA books at the Safeway on 144th and Lowell in Broomfield today (8/14). I had to ask the cashier, and they only give you one if you donate to MDA. He had to go get one for me, so they definitely aren't just set out, at least there anyway. Hope this helps someone!

The S.W manager at Quebec & C-470 told me MDA Coupon books will be available only at high volum stores like Arapahoe & Yosemite. Smaller stores may not get them. It was same story at Colorado and I-25. Parker safeway said they didn't get MDA Booklet yet. So I assume Parker safeway will have them sometime soon.

I started a discussion about this in bargain blessings community. If you are in HR, I saw some of the grilling books still left in the Safeway at HR pkway and broadway. They also had the new sandwich coupon books at customer service. Fuel for school I found today at kings on wildcat & mcarthur. Still havent' found the MDA book. And, that's the one I REALLY want.

Some stores a little (or somethimes very) slow at getting their books out. I suggest talking to the store manager. It is not correct that they are mailed books…they were sent to all Safeway stores and it is their responsibility to display them.

I have also not been able to find the grilling or MDA booklets. When I asked the store manager about it last week. He told me that they are mailed booklets that they do not display in the stores. 🙁 Obviously some stores do…just not mine. I am in Castle Rock if this helps anyone. As a side note I am on their mailer list and have yet to recieve one in the mail.

I can usually find the books but I can't find the MDA or grilling one for the life of me. I have looked all over the store. I'm a little frustrated, especially after I see the pic posted with the big standup with the Qs all over it!

Does anyone have any advice? At my Safeway store, they are really reluctant to put out the various books (ex. MDA booklet). I have chased the managers and asked if they have them and most times they don't even know what I'm talking about. When they do, they have to undig them usually in the meat dept. This last month I have been asking about the MDA booklets and have not had any luck. I'm not sure how to handle this because I'm willing to bet they have them but are unwilling to put them out or look for them if they aren't sure? Any suggestions? Thanks.
