Melissa, I am in GJ also and got the Lucky Charms deal tonight. You had to use the in ad coupon and a manf. coupon, and make sure you get the right size since it was for the smallest box they sell. You can only use one coupon with the BOGO, since they won’t let you use a coupon on a “free” item. I didn’t get the catalina for free milk and only got one $4 off for the dairy deals even though I did 2 transactions. I am going to try to get it straightened out tomorrow. This couponing business can be quite confusing 😛

Todays Smart Source (3/11) had a $1 off Ken’s salad dressing coupon, making it just .19 with this week’s Safeway circular coupon. Yippee!!
Hazel says
Wasn’t that sweet?
I’ve got a new coupon, err, paper delivery person and he doesn’t deliver until 5 minutes before cut off, wasn’t there until 8ish yesterday! Soooooo, I couldn’t get them yesterday but did a pop-off of 25 this morning and restocked.
Having a new delivery person is major stinkballs – puts a serious crimp in my early Sunday morning swoop. I’ve got to try and catch him and train him 🙂
abaily says
Got a mental image of you slapping his wrist with a ruler for being late.
Hazel says
hahahaha … drats I’m busted!
Andrea says
We tried the fresh takes a few nights ago. Really easy and yummy! Just make sure you bake it, I tried to shortcut it and broil the chicken, and the topping burnt. It was still good though!
Joan says
Has anyone tried the Kraft Fresh Takes? Were they any good? Thanks!
Hazel says
Bawka Bawka – I was so hoping to see these things go on sale!
Tyson Grilled Chicken Breast Strips or Diced packages are on a BOGO this week – regular price is $3.99
$0.55/1 Tyson Grilled & Ready Refrigerated Product, exp. 4/8/12
(SS 01/08/12 R)
This brings them down to $1.50 a package which is the same as Wal*Mart but you get the gas points @ Safeway.
I love these things. When I get home and am tired I can just open a package, toss it on a salad or into a box of Rice-A-Roni noodles or rice. Sprinkle some Almond Accents on top and I’m sated on the cheap.

FYI; Here in Grand Junction Colorado – Today I thought it was going great with a lot of these deals. I got to check out and was useing my coupons on buy one get one free items and the store will not let you use the coupons on those buy one get one free items. I also was looking forward to picking up some lucky charms and they were not on the sale price.
Carol says
What do you consider a reasonable number of coupon prints for a pdf? Thanks.
Hazel says
At Castle Pines there are blinkies for Challenge Dairy Products (.55/1) and Cafe Escapes K-Cups ($1.50/1)
Their clearance cave (back of the store by the milk case) has scads of stuff. Scads.
Shannon says
Found Asparagus a bit cheaper at Albertson’s this week. .99 a pound
Mommy Kane says
My Safeway also had Quaker Instant Oatmeal (the box with 10 packets) BOGO, they were $3.39 at my store, so approx $1.70 each. I had a printable Quaker coupon for $1/2, making them $1.45. Decent price if you love Quaker (I keep trying to type Quacker! LOL) every so often you can get store brand for $1 box, but I haven’t seen that since early last fall.
Mommy Kane says
Or there is the $1/3 from the Pepsi Moments to Save I think as well, making them about $1.54.
Pretty sure you need to buy 6 to use one of the $1/3 since you can’t use a coupon on the free item, right Jennie?

Yay! Thank you!
