With xax day is quickly approaching, a few of you have asked me to post the free tax preparation options again.
Both H&R Block and TurboTax are offering free federal tax filing this year. These services work well if you have a simple return to complete or even if you just want to get an estimate of your return.
H&R Block Free Tax Service
TurboTax Free Tax Service
Make sure to keep in mind that you will need to pay for your state taxes to be filed, as that is not free.
