My son (5) was recommended to use a neti pot by National Jewish for allergies. Now, my two oldest boys and I use them quite frequently in the winter to help fight our congestion, sinus drainage etc. I think they are amazing! Be sure to use warm water and not cold water though or you feel like you are drowning. Definately get a free one!!!
