Mornings for many families is one of the most hectic time of day, so that is why I’m always trying to come up with ways so serve a simple but healthy breakfast that can be prepared in advance.
Here is one of my go-to recipes for a delicious breakfast that can be prepared the night before: Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats! I love this recipe because it is so versatile. My favorite topping is fresh strawberries, but you could also do blueberries, bananas or any other fruit you prefer!
Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats
Ingredients
Strawberry Cheesecake Greek yogurt
½ Cup Old fashioned Oats
¼ Cup Almond Milk (or other milk)
¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Fresh strawberries for topping
Directions
1. Empty the yogurt into a jar or other container that has a lid on it.
2. Add almond milk and stir.
3. Then stir in oats a little at a time.
4. Sprinkle cinnamon and stir again.
5. Cover jar or Tupperware with lid and give it a shake.
6. Refrigerate overnight.
7. Top with fresh strawberries and enjoy!
