Pumpkin Patches in Colorado 2013

As the weather gets crisper and so do the apples, now is the time to enjoy some fall fun. Colorado offers so many chances to get out and enjoy all that fall has to offer including the pleasure of finding the perfect pumpkin for your jack-o-lantern or as a decoration at a pumpkin patch near you. Many pumpkin patches also offer lots of fun extras such as petting zoos, jumping castles, picnic spots, fresh produce and games.

Here are a few things to keep in mind before you venture out to the patch:

Because the individualized offerings differ by location, please use the websites to find out what each location has to offer in addition to the pumpkin patch itself. Keep in mind that some pumpkin patches will be closed in inclement weather so you’ll need to plan accordingly. Remember that days and times are subject to change, and be sure to check on the best routes because some routes may be closed due to the recent floods.
