It is a coupon booklet. I finally got through but it was around 12:30 pm. Since no one knew the time until about an hour before noon, people were getting a little frustrated that had logged on early this morning. There were issues with the P&G site too (probably because of the volume of people trying to get the prize). I was a little disappointed because they had said it was not a coupon; but I do love the P&G products so I am not complaining too much.
