Do you remember the taste of peanut butter and honey sandwiches– the welcome substitute to peanut butter and jelly? This dip reminds me of that wonderful flavor. It is not only a delicious treat but also serves as a healthy way to pack some extra protein in your lunch.
I also love that this dip adds little excitement to apples when they are seemingly the only fruit left standing by the end of fall! Happy dipping!

Peanut Butter and Honey Fruit Dip
Ingredients
1 part peanut butter (crunchy or creamy- depending on preference)
1 part yogurt (plain or vanilla flavor, Greek or regular variety- depending on preference)
1⁄2 part honey if used with plain yogurt, 1⁄4 part honey if used with vanilla yogurt since it is already sweet
Apple Slices
Directions
Once you have decided on how much you want to make and with which ingredients, stir those ingredients together until well blended. Serve with apples or other fruit.
Note: If the ingredient portions are confusing, you can use 1 cup PB, 1 cup yogurt, and 1⁄2 cup honey as a go-to. This will make enough for several days of lunches.
