From the official rules (you do need to authorize fb):
If you don’t already “like” the Pampers Page, you must first click on the “like” button in order to access the tab. Then, once you click on the tab, you will advance to the authorization page where you will be required to authorize Sponsor to pull your profile information and other content in order to participate in the Sweepstakes. Follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including compliance with these Official Rules, and a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: You may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
