Gift Cards used to be one of my least favorite things to shop for. This wasn’t because I didn’t feel there was enough creativity involved, but because I could never get a “deal”! That all changed when I found Plastic Jungle!

Plastic Jungle allows users to buy, sell and trade gift cards on their website. Not only can you buy gift cards, but you can buy them at a significant discount! I sure wish I had know about this when we were remodeling out house and blowing through money at Home Depot and Lowes like it was going out of style. Right now they have $50  Home Depot gift cards on Plastic Jungle for $46.50! That is a 7% savings! Here are a few more examples of what they currently have:

There is a gift card for pretty much every store under the sun, so make sure to check them out to see if they have what you are looking for!

Do you have any gift cards laying around that you would rather trade for something else or sell for cash? Just offer them up! Plastic Jungle allows you to cash in cards with a minimum balance of $25 for up to 92% of the verified card balance. You can also have the option donate them for the benefit of your favorite nonprofit organization! Awesome! For example, if I have a $50 Walmart gift card that I don’t want, I can get on Plastic Jungle and cash it in for a $45 check which will be sent to me two business days after they receive my gift card. Even better, I could take that $50 Walmart gift card and trade it for a $47.25 Amazon Gift Code which will be sent to me one business day after they receive my gift card. Plastic Jungle will even give you a FREE USPS Shipping label that will allow you to track your gift card while it is on its way to them!

  125. I’ve been a subscriber to Bargain Blessing’s e-mail for awhile now and love it! If I won the $50 Plastic Jungle gift card, I’d use it on a Target giftcard because it’s so versatile! 🙂
