Caffeine has never sat very well with me. I tend to be bounding off the walls hyper and then that is followed by a HARD crash about an hour or two after having it: I guess it’s just something I thought I’d always have to just put up with if I wanted an energy boost….that is until I discovered NingXia Nitro.

Now I can tell you that I am NOT one of those natural runners – my legs are short and at first I just really didn’t enjoy it at all, but then I started to get a little better at it and now it’s my favorite way to workout. And probably the best part is that after I’m done I don’t feel totally exhausted like I normally would without Nitro so it allows me to move right into my next task of the day.

When Starting a Big Project: You know what I mean – one of those projects (like cleaning the basement) that you’re totally dreading. 😉 Like I said, Nitro is my motivation in a tube and it WORKS amazing well! Getting through the Afternoon Slump: Oh the afternoon slump…isn’t it lovely?! Seriously…ain’t nobody got time for that! I happy to share that I don’t get them anymore because at the first sign of “slumpyness” I take Nitro and it lasts into the evening! Woot woot!

While Traveling: I don’t know what it is about me and traveling, but it just takes the wind out of my sails and knocks me on my butt! You would think that sitting on a plane for hours wouldn’t take that much out of you but it certainly does for me, so Nitro is a must-have when I’m traveling!
