One of my favorite dishes to make with these noodles, is an old Austrian recipe that is super easy. In english, the title is translated into “tiny flakes” and all you do is take these noodles, break them up, boil them and drain them. And chop up tiny pieces of left over ham and an onion. You saute the onion until it becomes translucent, add the ham and cook until it’s warm and then add in the cooked noodles and serve! That’s it, like I said it’s super easy, cheap and flavorful.
