Stop by the NeilMed Sinus Rinse Facebook page and “like” them to request your FREE NeilMed Sinus Rinse Bottle with two packets! Once you like them you will have to fill out a short form, and it should arrive within 30 business days.
Please note they are limiting the free offer to 1 free item per address across all Facebook promotions, so existing fans who have already requested are not eligible. They also state that repeat and incomplete requests will be discarded.
