Beware; this is per household, not per user as the coupon states. I ordered under my email and my husbands. I received my cards, but never my husbands’. My husband’s order went through, but no communication that the order was cancelled until I contacted customer service. Even though the coupon clearly stated per user, they would not honor his order or say why it was cancelled with no notification.

Is anyone else having a problem with their site? I get to the point of personalizing my card and nothing happens. I’ve tried this on a couple different computers, and even wrote to them for help—their advice was to use a different browser, but frankly, installing all new software JUST to make 5 cards isn’t worth my time.
