One of the most difficult things for me about deal blogging is that it is such an “on the surface” peak into my life. From time to time I will receive an e-mail or comment that seems to imply that my life is “so perfect”. I just want to take this opportunity to debunk that myth and say it isn’t…by any means. I deal with everyday life issues just the the rest of you do! 🙂
Something that God has been teaching me over the past couple years is that He is the only thing that we are guaranteed will remain constant. He never changes, never leaves us, is always present, always loving, and always holding us. This is why it is so important to put all of our dreams, hopes, and fears into his hands. No matter what is going on in your life right now, I hope that will give you some comfort. He holds all of these things in His BIG hands as he holds us.
What a relief it is to know that it isn’t our job to make ourselves, others or our lives perfect!

As a Registered Dietitian and woman who is looking to feed my family in God’s eyes, I know how costly, overwhelming, and time consuming cooking healthy can be. By using our God given gifts together, I believe we can be even more complete.
Your post on God’s plans really lined up with what I’ve been praying about – How God can use ME to further His kingdom. I find myself constantly striving to do more, but God really has it all in His hands. My job and our job as his children is to hold onto His BIG hands and walk side by side with Him every moment of our life.
I know that God is leading us to new and incredible places…
