The rebate form for the black Friday showed on Macy’s website has valid dates as : 11/23/12 – 11/25/12, but i have purchased my MIR items like coffee maker etc on 11/22, when the purchase done, the web site asked me to print from and i did some sort of saving them as pdf, the pdf says the rebates valid 11/22 thru 11/25; I am not sure why their website link below showing valid dates as 11/23/12 – 11/25/12;
As the other use said, calling their automated rebate processing center phone was sucks., i am not sure how to touch base with them, any help on the clarification would be really helpful

I have the same issue too but the thing is I didn’t save any form since I purchased it from my phone. I checked online and it shows different valid dates .Can u share the form? Thank you

Alright everyone…I’ve done a little digging and although I cannot find the rebate forms I did find this information that someone posted on a forum. I hope it helps a little bit.
I also have the same problem with their rebate. I order 4 items online on 11/22 that had the same rebate offers. However, they only post the forms for 11/23-11/25 purchase. I could not even find any rebate form for the Bella 13769 Deep Fryer at all. After sending their a few e-mail through the link on their website and got useless responses, I called their customer service number and choose the option for placing an order. This is the only way I can talk to a human. The CSR then transferred me to internet order support. After putting me on hold for 30min, they CSR said she could not find the rebate form either but she can offer me a 10% off coupon (even worse than the e-mail response that gave me a 20% off one). I insisted to talk to her supervisor to complain about false advertising. After another 5min on hold, she said her supervisor is busy on another line, but she can do me a one time courtesy to issue me credit on the 4 items directly.
There Customer Service number is 1-800-289-6229. Make sure you choose the option for placing order first.

Does anyone know where I can get the Macy’s rebate form for these $9.99 kitchen electrics? I bought a few items on black friday and forgot to print out the rebate form. Called Macy’s customer service and was told these items are not eligible for rebate. 🙁 Help!

I kind of have the same problem. I bought a bunch of those Bella items (Panini maker, 13490 Triple Slow Cooker) and the Black and Decker #WM1404S waffle maker from my laptop black Friday and was not able to print the rebates. Now I can’t find any of them on line or on the Macy’s website. I even called the Macy’s rebate center (844-829-8584) which sucks because it’s an automated machine and you can’t get a human being on it.. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME LOCATE THESE REBATES.
