Kohls customer service is horrible and their website is not accurate by any means. The FTC has laws against false advertising to attract sales and this likely falls in that category of hot item looks even better with rebate without supporting documents. I bought one for that reason to save money and just got suckered. I have contacted customer service about it specifically and they either skip the subject and complain that demands are too high due to holiday traffic or give me the link where it does not exist. I will not shop there again…the business has a “don’t care” attitude and they send products that are knowingly damaged and cancel items they cannot fulfill making Christmas a bit of a buzzkill. Do not shop kohls and let the consumer be heard for once.
