I’ve been waiting and waiting and waiting to share with you my next Denver Fitness Boot Camp update, so needless to say I’m pretty excited to do so today! First, here are the highlights:
Clothes Fit: Jeans…falling off. See below for more of my thoughts on this. 🙂
Energy: Much better!
Bootcamp Attendance: 3-4 days a week
Diet: Still not perfect, but the nice thing about workout out 4 days a week is that it doesn’t have to be.
Water Intake: Still not where I want it to be, but getting closer!
Now probably the most incredible part of all this is that I was out of the country for two weeks last month, so I wasn’t able to make it to boot camp. Even with that, I STILL am down a total of 12 pounds. Do you remember those jeans that I told you about – the ones that I couldn’t fit over my thighs? Well they are not falling off and I need a belt to hold them up. I guess that is mostly good, but I have to admit I’m a little bummed that I have to spring for more jeans – again! 🙂
I seriously didn’t think it would be possible to lose that much weight by just getting into the right exercise program. There is just no way that would have been able to accomplish all this on my own. Honestly I’m floored at how easy it has been. Had I known that I could lose 12 pounds in two months by just working out for 45 minutes a few times a week and hardly making any changes to my diet I would have done it a long time ago!
In my last update I shared with you that I have serious trouble drinking enough water. Some of you were kind enough to share some tips with me and my trainer, Devin, also gave me this great video that I want to share with you all (above).
What am I doing?
