I have 4 of Jillian Michaels’ workout videos (beginners for frontside/backside, no more trouble zones, banish fat boost metabolism and 30 day shred), and this one is by far my favorite! Despite this being a 45 minute workout, it goes by really quickly. Jillian is firm but fair, I really enjoy her instruction style and she’s an excellent motivator. I’ve only been doing no more trouble zones for a few weeks, twice a week and I’ve so far lost an inch and a half from my waist and an inch and a half from my bust line! I like to alternate this with a few of the other Jillian DVDs that I have. After all the Christmas cookies I have consumed the last few days, I’ll definitely be dusting off my copy later today. 😉
