I have 4 of Jillian Michaels’ workout videos (beginners for frontside/backside, no more trouble zones, banish fat boost metabolism and 30 day shred), and this one is by far my favorite! Despite this being a 45 minute workout, it goes by really quickly. Jillian is firm but fair, I really enjoy her instruction style and she’s an excellent motivator.
