Amazon has Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD [1] marked down to $6.87! This is down from $14.98, and this like many of her other workouts is fantastic and will definitely get you on the road to a healthy more fit you in no time.
Personally, I think this is one of her best workouts to start with. If you are new to exercising, or it’s been a while, even level 1 will probably be challenging, but if you stick with it I really think that you will see results.
Even though I have been using Jillian’s videos for quite some time now, I still go back to this one from time to time, as I’m all about the variety. 😉 Of course after all the holiday overeating I need to spend a good bit of time with Jillian over the next few weeks!
