I bought one for my son for Christmas. The box came and looked like it was opened already and the instructions weren’t there. The sound does not work well and the night vision is cool if only it would record also. It doesn’t! How do I return this or at least get a different one that doesn’t look like it was used? My son really likes it but it doesn’t work. Help!!

I purchased one for my niece. Just gave it to her tonight at our little Christmas get together. It worked for about 2 minutes then went black and we could not get it to work again. My brother took it home & is going to try messing with it, some other batteries, but I don’t think that’s the problem. I’m not going to be happy if it doesn’t work.
There’s no way in the world the real price on this was 79.99. JC Penney did a lot of that this year. In fact, I’m going to write them a letter about it. They jacked up ridiculous over inflated “regular prices” on items and then put them on “clearance”. But the time you were don’t the item was about right for the price paid, but not this wonderful deal they were saying it was.
