I just ordered some nice cards, but it would not let me use the two promo codes together. It automatically applied the 10 free cards when checking out. I wonder if you removed the 10 free cards first, then entered the 40% code next and re-entered the 10 free at the end if that would allow it to work together. Either way, still a good deal for double sided cards.
