Facebook recently made some changes which is affecting the way most people see the pages and people that they are following.
You may have noticed that you are now only seeing updates in your newsfeed from the same people and those same people are the only ones who are interacting with you on Facebook. The problem is that a large chunk of your friends list can’t see anything you post. Here is why:
The “New Facebook” has a newsfeed setting that by default is automatically set to show ONLY posts from people who you’ve recently interacted with or interacted the most with (this would be limited to the couple of weeks just before people started switching to the new profile). For both business and personal pages, unless your friends/fans commented on one of your posts within those few weeks or vice versa – you are now invisible to them and they are invisible to you! 🙁
The good news is that there is a way you can fix it! Here is how:
Scroll down to the bottom of the newsfeed on the homepage and click on “Edit Options”, next, click on “Show Posts From” and change the setting to “All Of Your Friends and Pages”
This is the fix will work for personal pages but we are currently unsure of if this will fix the issue with business pages or not.
