There are some really exciting criss-crossing Gain deals running at Walgreens this week! I live in Denver Metro and I did Scenario 4 (our powder Gain was not on sale and priced at $11.49) and I only received 1 $3 RR and I talked to the Mgr. and he was only aware of the 1 RR also. How are you guys getting the 2nd RR. Also, if you buy 1 detergent and 1 any other gain product you will receive a $2 RR…I

I just read on Wild for Wags, that as of today (Sep.13) only 1 of the catalina’s is printing. So people like me who procrastinated, well you only get 1 $3 or 1 $2…Bummer….

I’m in So California and it worked for me! I did scenario 3!! I went to my Walgreens last night and no powder for $5. However, the liquid was $5 and I had a $2 coupon off any tide/ gain detergent. I don’t think it specified powder on it. If it did, they took it anyway! So I got the deal! Two $3 catalinas! Which I rolled over and used on the Scott’s paper towels! Thanks!

At my walgreens in northern colorado, the powder was also not on sale for $5, (priced on the shelf at 9.99- yikes!) and it wasn’t marked as part of the $10 promo- I didn’t have time to ask for a price check, so I ran scenario 4- still a good deal at 1.15 for the 3 items after the (2) catalinas.

I have a question. Yesterday while at Walgreens I was told if I got 4 like items that were going to print register rewards I would have to put each item on a separate transaction to get a reward for each item. If she were to ring them up all together then it would only print one reward. Is this how all Walgreens work? I only got 8 items and it took quite a long time to check out.

Yes…that is actually how all Catalinas work (regardless of the store). If you are wanting to earn more than one of the same Register Reward you have to do it in separate transactions. 😉 I hope that helps to answer your question!

I don’t get it. Where is the 10 dollar P&G rr coupon. Is it one that had to be gained through a purchase?

Yes, Register Rewards are earned and can be used on a future purchase. Make sure to read through the Walgreens 101 post! 🙂

I’m so excited right now! I just got back from my store and they were VERY well stocked. I also met two other Bargain Blessings readers who showed up at the store the same time I did for the same deal! We left plenty on the shelves and are each stocked up for a while now.
