Anon- You can find a link to the Walmart coupon policy under the information center on the left side of the site. You will see that the policy does not say anything that would prevent a manager from adjusting down a coupon…infact I have done it at Walmart myself. I suggest calling the store manager to discuss it with them.

I just tried to use at Walmart and they would not take it because the sponge is .88 and the manager said she was not allowed to give free items..do you have a copy of their acceptance policy. i cant find anything that relates to this situation. thank you
