I wish it were a different mixer, because that sounds like a great bundle of kitchen stuff, but I had one of those mixers and used it to make buttercream icing. The handheld part kept falling off and then, about 10 minutes into mixing, the engine started smelling like smoke. It had burned itself up. Wasn’t even really thick icing.
